Accountancy office in Aalst

IMPRESSION

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This office building has been fully renovated and handed over fully furnished. This second branch of the Bockstael firm is situated in the centre of Aalst, Belgium.

During the renovation of this distinctive building, which previously housed a bank, the focus was on preserving its authentic character. Historic features have been carefully retained and combined with contemporary materials and modern techniques, ensuring the building once again fully meets today’s requirements.

During the project, the existing radiators were skilfully integrated into the interior. All the toilets have been completely refurbished, whilst the new interior doors and high-quality bespoke furniture create an exclusive and prestigious office environment.

The use of a Hungarian herringbone floor adds warmth, character and a timeless appeal to the spaces. In addition, the office has been re-laid out and fitted with a new electrical installation and a carefully designed lighting scheme. This integrated approach has resulted in a contemporary, functional and high-quality working environment in which the historic character of the building blends harmoniously with modern comfort and ease of use.

”At the end of 2021, we called on the team to completely renovate our premises in Aalst. They got straight to work and handled the project with great professionalism. We appreciate their structured, no-nonsense approach, with a focus on high-quality, modern workmanship.
