Renovation – 100-year-old farmhouse

For this unique renovation project, we carried out the complete transformation of a farmhouse that is well over 100 years old. The aim was to preserve the building’s authentic appearance and characteristic features, whilst fully modernising the property and adapting it to contemporary standards of comfort, sustainability and quality of living.

The renovation involved a comprehensive structural and services-related approach. The property was completely stripped back and rebuilt from the ground up from the inside out, making it possible to fully renew the structure, services and energy efficiency of the property, whilst retaining the character of the original building.

During the finishing stages, great attention was paid to the perfect layout, high-quality materials and bespoke finishes. This has resulted in a unique, bespoke interior featuring a new cast floor, luxury sanitary ware, several exclusive kitchens, a Cinema Wall and a carefully designed lighting plan incorporated into an acoustic ceiling for optimum comfort.

The end result is an exclusive farmhouse in which history and modern luxury blend seamlessly. Thanks to this integrated approach, a future-proof home has been created that respects the building’s authentic character, whilst fully meeting the requirements and living comfort of the present day.
